The only thing better than a golf experience in the rain is having someone to share it with.
On July 15th & 16th Elkdale Country Club hosted our Annual Member Guest and what a great time we had! A little rain Sunday morning did not dampen our spirits!
The fun started on Friday with practice rounds and continued Saturday morning with 9:00am Tee Times. The format was a Two-Day Net Best Ball. Your Saturday score determined which flight you played in on Sunday. We had three flights: Rory McIlroy, Rickie Fowler and Jon Rahm.
Saturday's after golf banquet started out with a beautiful charcuterie followed by an amazing Surf and Turf dinner. Sundays Rib BBQ was finger lick-in good! Denny's team did a superior job!
A special Thank You to Danny Kaye and his wife Karen, Danny addressed the teams on the Tee Box and both assisted with scoring. Just having you be a part of this great event made it that much more special for all.
Thank you to all who played. It was pleasure meeting all of our member's guests and we are already planning for next year!
